Erica Rossi has served as Chairman of the CPSAA Board since June 2008. Prior to serving in this position she served as for two years as Treasurer for the organization as well as chairing the Fundraising & Development Committee.
Ms. Rossi is a Senior Manager at ICOR Partners, LLC, a strategic management and technology consulting firm headquartered in Arlington, Virgina. In this capacity, she advises federal sector clients on how to link strategy to execution, optimize and transform the cultural, leadership and operational processes in order to deliver sustainable performance and create cultures of continuous performance improvement. Prior to this position she was a senior business consultant at BearingPoint, Inc. where she advised federal sector clients on internal transformation initiatives, reorganizations, and technology implementation. Ms. Rossi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Prior to consulting, Ms. Rossi work for Congressman Steny H. Hoyer in the Office of the Democratic Whip.
Rossi received the College Park Scholars Public Leadership citation in 1997. While at UMD, she interned at the White House, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. House of Representatives and the Walt Disney World College Program. Ms. Rossi holds a BA from the University of Maryland, College Park and a MPA from the American University.
Ms. Rossi and her husband John reside in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia.
Treasurer: Heather Putman

Heather Putman has served as the Treasurer of the CPSAA since May 2009. Previously, she served as the College Park Scholars Undergraduate Director for Special Events. In this capacity, she planned Scholars in New York and created promotional campaigns and lower pricing strategic resulting in an annual participation increase of 28%. Putman has also completed internships at RAFFA and the Reznick Group.
Putman received her BS in Business from the University of Maryland, College Park in May 2009. Putman received her College Park Scholars citation in Life Sciences in 2007 and is the recipient of the James R. Beers Scholarship and the Paul and Jean Mullan Scholarship. Putman has also been a member of the Business Honors Council, Junior Achievement Program, Sigma Kappa Sorority and the Dean’s Undergraduate Advisory Board.
Recently engaged, she currently resides in Ellicott City, MD.
Secretary: Megan (Dillard) Miller

Megan (Dillard) Miller is the Secretary of the CPSAA since June 2008. Preceding this position, she served as Co-chair for the College Park Scholars Alumni Association’s Alumni Council.
Miller is currently the Coordinator of the University of Maryland’s Memorial Chapel and works primarily with event planning and facility management. Prior to returning to Maryland she was the Community Relations Associate At Second Genesis Inc.
During her time at Maryland she was a Legislative Intern for the Governor’s Office and the MD General Assembly as well as a Resident Assistant in Cumberland Hall. She earned her College Park Scholars Citation in Public Leadership in 2003 and BAs in Government and Communication in 2005. In 2005 she received the CPSAA’s Outstanding Alumni Award.
When not spending all her time commuting from the Eastern Shore she is busy training for a triathlon, rooting for the local pro sports teams (Ravens, not Redskins) and studying for her MBA.
Recently married, she and her husband Brad reside in Trappe, MD.
Director: Bradley Howell

Brad Howell is the most recent addition to the board as an at large director. Preceding this position, he was a member of the CPSAA Alumni Council as the representative for Science Discovery and the Universe.
Howell is a 2005 Maryland graduate, obtaining a Science Discovery and the Universe Scholars Citation in 2002. Having majored in Aerospace Engineering, he is currently working in that field in Aberdeen, MD.
He is an avid Terps and Baltimore sports fan, and currently resides in Baltimore, MD.
