College Park Scholars Commencement Survey

Congratulations on your upcoming commencement. To celebrate your citation in College Park Scholars, we would like to present you with a Scholars Medallion to wear at your graduation ceremonies. Before coming to pick this up at our office, please complete our survey below.

Your responses will help us in understanding our students and their needs and will provide us with feedback that we may use to enhance the program.

Upon completing the survey, you may pick up your Scholars medallion at the Scholars main office in 1125 Cumberland Hall between Monday, May 5th and Friday, May 23rd.
